This course is designed to examine the ethical dilemmas that leaders face, the basis of moral choice and the implications of making tough decisions within public organizations. We hold leaders to high standards and expect them to possess integrity and high standards as they advance the public agenda. We will take a look at how leaders convey values through their actions and their behavior as role models.
